Bradley Brasher, PhD

Chief Scientific Officer, Co-Founder

Bradley Brasher, PhD, brings more than 25 years of experience in ubiquitin-proteasome system research, protein engineering, and assay development.

Throughout his career he has held scientific leadership roles at Boston Biochem, R&D Systems, Bio-Techne, and Dunad Therapeutics, contributing to the development and commercialization of more than 150 research products.

At Trilogie, Bradley guides scientific strategy, product innovation, and the development of tools that support targeted protein degradation and ubiquitin biology research.

Bryan Dorsey, PhD

Product Scientist

Bryan Dorsey, PhD, is a Product Scientist at Trilogie Bioscience with more than six years of experience in small molecule drug discovery and a strong background in protein engineering, structural biology, and biochemical characterization. His work has focused heavily on the design, expression, and purification of UPS-related proteins, particularly in support of targeted protein degradation and ubiquitin signaling research. Bryan enjoys solving challenging protein production problems and developing robust reagents that enable reliable downstream applications in drug discovery workflows.

At Trilogie, he applies his experience in protein science toward developing high-quality research products that support cutting-edge work across academic laboratories, biotech companies, and pharmaceutical discovery teams, helping researchers better understand and manipulate complex biological systems.

Kyle Mangano, PhD

Kyle Mangano, PhD

Field Application Scientist

Kyle Mangano is a chemical biologist interested in drug discovery and fundamental biology, with experience spanning induced proximity, targeted protein degradation, and translational regulation.

Prior to joining Trilogie Bioscience, Kyle was a postdoctoral fellow in Amgen’s Induced Proximity Platform group under the mentorship of Dr. Ryan Potts. There, he published one of the first demonstrations that disease-specific E3 ubiquitin ligases could be harnessed for TPD by VIPER-TACs. He also explored novel techniques for identifying native substrates of E3 ligases.

Kyle earned his PhD studying the mechanisms of protein synthesis inhibitors by combining next-generation sequencing technologies with biochemical approaches. His research informed a broader understanding of translational regulation and cellular stress responses.

At Trilogie, Kyle supports product development, scientific applications, and customer outreach.
